It all started with one 4x4x6 fence post in 2016. My wife and I had a wild of idea of getting two pigs to raise ourselves. My wife grew up around horses but neither of us really had any farming experience. We finished an 8x16 hog pen, built a little shed roof structure, and a feeder made out of 2x10's. We fed the pigs grain for several months and watered them through a 55 gallon drum. When it came time to take the pigs to the butcher, they both escaped the pen which led to hours of chasing them around the yard and words unfit for young ears. When we got that pork back, we knew we'd never go back. The flavor was way better than any pork we had eaten and the act of raising them was fun.
Fast forward 8 years later and we have learned alot and changed our tactics. We now raise our pigs on open land kept in each paddock by one single strand of electric. We do the same with our grassfed cattle. We have obtained our Meat License and are now able to share the pork and beef that we love so much with the community. We've had many adventures that led to where we are and are looking forward to the adventures ahead! None of this would've been possible without God and all of the glory goes to him!

[14] He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.
